Little Ducklings is proud to present our 6-week Pregnancy yoga course at Abbey studios. Classes run on Thursdays, 8.10pm - 9.30pm.

I love what I do and my passion for yoga, pregnancy, birth and motherhood has driven me to build the most relaxing, empowering, uplifting, informative and supportive pregnancy yoga classes around.
Our unique 6-week pregnancy yoga course will provide a beautiful, safe and effective practice, and will relax and strengthen your rapidly changing body during one of the most exciting times of your life. Our slow flowing sequences are strengthening invirograting and opening. You will find relief and space in your body as we work through some soothing sequences that focus on releasing tension.
You’ll explore breathing exercises and meditation to help prepare you for a confident, calm birth and the journey into motherhood.
A time to nurture, recharge and restore both body and mind,
Expect a beautiful class filled with love, excitement and anticipation.
No yoga experience is nessary.
WHEN CAN I JOIN THE COURSE?
You can join Thursday nights any point in your pregnancy from 12 weeks onwards and practice right up to delivery.

Absolutely loved Thursday evenings knowing yoga class was on! Such a lovely, relaxing class. Helped alot with leg cramps, back pain and heartburn! The Pregnancy Yoga classes were a great way to relax, get to know my changing body, spend time connecting with my bump and meeting other mums to be. Emma made the class relaxing and easy to follow for a yoga beginner like me. I enjoyed spending time talking to other mums in the class and getting tips for labour.
