We offer pregnancy yoga classes in Abbey studios, Bangor that are safe, enjoyable and an important aid to greater wellbeing for both you and your baby.

💕Beautiful breathing exercises to calm the mind & body during your pregnancy, which you can also take into your birth
💕Yoga poses to release muscle tension and all those aches and pains
💕Some guided meditations to totally chill you out
Becoming a mum is a life changing event. Our classes provide a safe, nurturing environment in which to stretch, relax, strengthen and prepare you for labour and birth.
The weekly classes are every Thursday from 8.00pm-9.15pm and run in 6 week blocks. Each class lasts an hour and 15 minutes.
A great way to prepare the body and mind for the birth of your baby. We will explore mediation, pranayama and gentle movement.
Classes are nurturing and supportive.
All mats and props are provided, just bring yourself and a bottle of water.
WHO IS TEACHER EMMA?
Emma is mum to Finley and Molly. Massage therapist for over 15 years. Specialising in pregnancy and postnatal massage. Qualified and fully insured baby massage instructor. Blossom and Berry colic consultation, Rainbow kids yoga teacher. Pregnancy and prenatal yoga teacher. Baby yoga teacher and Birth rocks mentor.
Absolutely loved Thursday evenings knowing yoga class was on! Such a lovely, relaxing class. Helped alot with leg cramps, back pain and heartburn! Emma is such a welcoming and friendly instructor and made our class into a little community for mummies who can all help eachother and share our experiences. Can't recommend enough xx
The Pregnancy Yoga classes were a great way to relax, get to know my changing body, spend time connecting with my bump and meeting other mums to be. Emma made the class relaxing and easy to follow for a yoga beginner like me. I enjoyed spending time talking to other mums in the class and getting tips for labour. I found I slept better, wasn't as sore in the final few weeks of pregnancy and I had met new people. I would definitely recommend these classes. Thanks Emma!
